- How long does a series stay valid?
- A series stays valid for the number of days you set when you create it, and clients are warned 30 and 7 days before it runs out.
- Can one centre offer slimming and skin treatments together?
- The categories you can list follow what your branches are, so a wellness centre that also runs a skin clinic can list both sets of treatments.
- Is SalonOS free for a single wellness centre?
- A single centre can run on the free plan, including online booking, series and counter billing, with no end date. Growing to more centres or practitioners means a paid plan.
- Can clients book from their phone?
- Your centre’s page works in any phone browser, and clients on a series book their next session from their account with nothing more to pay.
- How are practitioners shown to clients?
- Clients see the title Specialist with a first name, while surnames and phone numbers stay private.
- Can I take a deposit when clients book online?
- On paid plans a client can pay a deposit when booking online, set by you as a percentage or flat amount, with refund rules for late cancellations. Deposits go into your own Razorpay account and settle to your bank; SalonOS takes no commission.
