- How do I move to a paid plan?
- Every chain starts on Free with no card needed. Upgrade from the Billing page in your dashboard and pay securely through our payment provider; the new limits and features apply as soon as the payment goes through. If a plan is not on sale in your market yet, contact us.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- The system will prevent you from adding more branches, staff, or services beyond your plan limit. You'll be prompted to upgrade — no surprise charges.
- Do you offer custom pricing for large chains?
- For franchise networks with 10+ locations, contact us for a custom Enterprise plan with higher limits and dedicated support.
